“ Light & Healthy is THE BEST SUSHI IN CALIFORNIA! Maybe I should say in the West coast, I now live in Washington state and ever time I travel to the Santa Clara area I have to stop here. So essentially I traveled 1100 miles for this deliciousness! I’ve have turned so many people on to this place! Every time we bring new people they love the fish & they continue to bring people. The fish is fresh and the cuts are perfect as they melt in your mouth. It’s a very small place that opens for dinner at 5 so get there at 5 to get a seat or you will be waiting. They do have all you can eat it’s expensive but if you are hungry it’s worth it. Thank you Jack for all your years of service there as a sushi Chef. ”
